  • For Centers: Business name, address, phone number, contact email, services offered, insurance accepted, images, and other listing details.

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, and general location (city/state).
  • Pages viewed, time spent on site, and navigation patterns.
  • Collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. Health Information & HIPAA Compliance

  • We do not request, collect, store, or process personal health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA.
  • If a Center requests that a User upload insurance cards, medical forms, or other health-related documents, these are submitted directly to the Center or a third-party service designated by the Center.
  • Pathway ABA does not access, manage, or store such information and is not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA.
  • Centers are solely responsible for ensuring their own HIPAA compliance.

3. Payment Information

  • All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.
  • Pathway ABA does not store your complete payment card details.
  • We may store basic transaction details (e.g., date, amount, subscription plan) for accounting purposes.

  • Provide and improve our directory and scheduling services
  • Respond to inquiries and support requests
  • Display ABA center listings and connect Users with Centers

  • With Centers you choose to contact or schedule a tour with
